7-Day Exchange Policy

At Hazir, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day exchange policy under the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are only available for size, color (subject to availability), or manufacturing defects.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your request and arrange an exchange if approved.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number along with the reason for the exchange.

  3. Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

  4. The replacement item will be dispatched after the original product has been received and passed our quality inspection.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds or returns for cash. Eligible products can only be exchanged in accordance with this policy.
